DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SENSOR (for DPF) > REMOVAL

1. REMOVE COWL PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the cowl panel sub-assembly (Click here).



2. REMOVE BATTERY CLAMP SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the 2 nuts and the battery clamp.



3. REMOVE BATTERY


4. REMOVE FUEL FILTER ASSEMBLY

  1. Disconnect the 2 wire harness clamps.

  1. Disconnect the connector.

  1. Disconnect the 2 connectors.

  1. Disconnect the 2 fuel hose clamps from the fuel filter.

  1. Disconnect the 2 fuel hoses.

  1. Loosen the fuel filter drain plug to drain fuel.

  1. Tighten the fuel filter drain plug.

  1. Remove the 2 nuts and fuel filter.



5. REMOVE DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SENSOR ASSEMBLY

  1. Disconnect the connector.

  1. Remove the bolt and separate the differential pressure sensor assembly.

  1. Disconnect the 2 vacuum transmitting hoses and remove the differential pressure sensor assembly.
